I order all work shoes a half size up from my regular size just to give a smidge more room. I did not need to do this with shoe and I think if you order your true size, you will find it comfortable. As for style, I do get a lot of compliments. I choose these because they look the least like safety shoes and I think they look similar to what you would normally wear. The only downside for these shoes is that they do mark up easy, so they won’t stay white for long in a warehouse setting. Ultimately, I would recommend these shoe and especially this style.
