Great pair of work boots

This is the second pair of Sketchers boot I’ve purchased. I’m a construction worker and my feet see a lot of miles, so I chose sketchers for the comfort the first time. I assumed that because of the low price (under $100) they wouldn’t last a year. That’s usually the case with other boots. They lasted just over two years and were comfortable until the end!
I chose this style because they look more like a boot. My first ones looked like tennis shoes and I was always being asked by the superintendents if my shoes met the safety requirements. They did, but this will stop the questions. That said, they are every bit as comfortable as my first pair and these seem like they may be more durable too. Time will tell, but for the price… you really can’t go wrong.

I’ve been wearing this pair of shoes for work for almost 2 months. I enjoy the comfort but, question why the surface materials of the shoes seem to be wearing out so fast. I’ll add some pictures for you to see.

A little nervous as this is my 1st work boot purchase online. Read many reviews on other brands and came back to this because of the reviews and price. I like the Skechers brand for their comfort, was concerned with the toe box and took a reviewers advice of going a 1/2 size up, it was very good advice! These have felt very comfortable now for exactly 1 week now. I’m on my feet 7 1/2 hrs a day and the support and comfort have been awesome. My work requires a composite toe (Electrical) and and non-piercing foot panel and again, at this price point I’m going to get another pair and alternate , they look great! There are only a couple cons, 1. A wider upper tongue 2. Just a hair bit longer shoestring. The only reason for an overall 4 is not having more time in the boot, so far, VERY pleased.

These boots look and feel good. First day using them, I was in mud and water. While they are not “waterproof”, my feet were dry, no leakage. After the boots dried, brushed off the dirt and used some saddle soap, looked like new again. Very comfortable.

For first 2-3 weeks felt great and was please even if slightly larger than expected. Then outside side started to crack and wear away and memory foam died and refused to fluff back up. Worst boots ever worn. My USAF issued combat boots were more comfortable and last 3 years while these not even 3 months.

Great boots, in my opinion these are better than most redwings and only at a fraction of the price, I wish I would’ve tried sketchers sooner. Hands down better than timberland work boots, no wonder it can be difficult to get your hands on these in store

I love these boots they are comfortable strong and they look great. My only complaint is the laces need to be more durable somehow or come with two extra pairs. They wear out fast less than a week.

The style is spot on. Very stylish and looks good. The memory foam insoles are great. Over all I do love them. My size is a ten and they feel great but, I have a wide foot and my right foot is wider than my left. There is a little discomfort when I were them for over six hours straight. The discomfort is at the top of my foot. It feels a little on the toe area, up to the top of the foot. Over all it’s a very nice boot and it’s a mid so that’s a plus.
