I bought these sneakers in December 2014 for Spring of 2015. I got the sneakers and just looked them over quickly. They were my size so I did not try them on. I put them aside and threw the box away. I tried to put them on yesterday. Turns out there 2 left foot sneakers. Now I am left with a pair of brand new sneakers with literally 2 left feet that I cannot wear and out of $58.58. So disappointed!!!!!!!

My husband weighs over 300 lbs. and has foot problems along with needing a wide-width shoe and a good supportive sole. We ordered 4 different brands of sneakers for him, and once he tried these he couldn’t stop raving about them. “These are the most comfortable sneakers I’ve ever had on in my life” etc etc. I was delighted with his choice because of their value price.

I have had so many pairs of Skechers, and they all start off the same way. Comfortable. Good fit, great arch support. Look good too. Unfortunately, the interiors never stand up for more than a few months. The comforts soles last maybe 4 months and then they are done. They disintegrate and come apart. I have two pairs that are 6 months old and are now trash. I’ve tried inner soles…..they are hard to get to fit, and expensive. I think I’m done with Skechers, and I am moving onto something of better quality.

I’ve been exclusively wearing Sketchers for probably 15+ years. The shoes are great when new. Look good. Comfortable. No break in needed. Good traction. Good support. The past few years I’ve been sorely disappointed in the quality of their gel sole. You basically get 4 months and the inside sole is torn up and you toes are in little toe divots.
Last year I moved on and bought a nice pair of Merrill shoes. A few more $ but nice. They have a mesh like toe fabric that will be cold in the winter. So hear I am back to Sketcher for a cheap pair of winter shoes. Perfect cause they will not last longer than needed.
I have laid thin oder eater sole inserts in to lengthen the life of these gel weak life foot covers. That works ok.

I love the look and the feel of this shoe. My challenge is the inner comfort sole insert does lose its support long before the outer portion wears out.

The last pair of Skechers I wore out from overuse, because of their comfortability and durability. They lasted me for about 4 yrs.
I expect the same here with this pair.

First of all….I wont buy a shoe unless it from Zappo,s… I really liked the shoe but it ran a little short and put pressure on my second toe….I wear a size 13 and looked a little bulky. They were other wise supportive in the arch and comfy with support. I know…I know…I need to get a different right foot. Tks Zappo for being so easy to deal with!

and style. If they hold up during everyday ware, I will definitely buy another pair. Recommend to anyone who has had a broken foot or ankle such as I have from military, I can not ware just any shoe. This shoe is the shoe for me. Love them so far .
