I have ALS, and needed a better slip-on shoe than the New Balance ones I had which had no heel portion and were very dangerous. These Skechers are fantastic in that regard, and loads of traction.

I love the hands-free slip-in design. I am an old guy with two hip replacements and the shoes work great for medical appointments and travel as well as just day to day wear. The Goodyear sole offers good stability and traction.

I wear love wearing these to work in. I’m a contractor and when a house is near completion I am constantly going in and out of the house and I take my shoes off and on so as not to bring dirt from outside into a clean house. These are so easy to take on and off and they are the best shoes ever.

I wear BIG shoes, but narrow. Size 13 with a narrow heel. Most 13’s I just walk out of. Getting a pair of shoes that fit is a rarity, but to my surprise, these fit, Granted, the heel is still a hair loose but the slip-in feature holds my feet comfortably. The “relaxed fit” feature was the difference. And they look like high-end shoes, which I love. Have bought 5 pair, in case you wanted to know.

I use these as “house shoes” and, as such, needed something that would support long term slip-on/off without crushing the heel from repeated use. They are working well so far and I like the look and feel.
Dead F –
30 years ago, I had botched surgery on my right leg that damaged my sciatic nerve and left me with a “Dropped foot”… basically a “dead” foot that flops with no ability to lift it. I haven’t been able to wear a slip on or loafer since that time, as it would fall off. The design of this shoe allows me to slip in my dead and walk without the shoe falling off. This is incredible for my life, I can easily put on shoes to get the mail or empty garbage without having to tie them…. Not life saving… But I really missed that ability, and I have it back again thanks for this shoe. And the 14 EW truly fits and is comfortable (normally a 14 EEEE in casual shoes)

This is the most amazing invention ever! We live in the mountains and can’t wear shoes in the house. So I keep these by the door and can just step into them without even bending over. I show everyone the trick. Great job Skechers, and Zappos too!

The fit is great true to size for me anyways. Comfortable and convenient slip in and out is a plus. Plan on wearing them on an international trip this spring. Stylish and don’t look like sport shoes a more of a casual dress down or dress up look.

I have been wearing them daily for all different activities. My only concern is the one-and-a-half-inch heel. I am already very tall. I tower over people. After suffering a stroke ten years ago, putting on shoes can be difficult. These slip-ins are just perfect for me. I plan to buy more.

My husband is very pleased with these shoes. He is a long-time Merrell shoe wearer and believes these are more comfortable than the mocs. He said the wide shoe is nice because his foot isn’t squeezing into the shoe with his heavy socks. The length of the shoe is true to size. The hands free feature is helpful for a fast slip-on shoe. Overall, great shoe! We found it interesting that the rubber on the shoe is made by Goodyear. Hopefully then he gets many miles out of these shoes!
