These shows are the most uncomfortable I’ve ever worn. They are so narrow that I can’t walk without getting constant cramps in my toes. The whole shoe remains stiff and inflexible even after wearing a week. These are going away as soon as I can figure out what to do with them!

This was the ugliest shoe on the face of the planet bar none. Worse, the fit was horrifying. The picture doesn’t really show that the top of the shoe doesn’t come up over the top of the foot, more, it ends MID-FOOT. That, combined with the problem that Sketchers have suddenly become ENORMOUS, caused me to literally step out of the shoe every time I took a step. Then, there’s the fact that the footbed has very little cushion. So much for a WALKING shoe. The last couple of shoes I’ve gotten from Sketchers have been just crap – after buying Sketchers and being happy with my purchases for years. No idea what’s going on with them, but I’m getting to the point that I’m going to stop buying them.

I have done business with Zappo for several happy years. The return process would go without issue. The last 2 returns have been very difficult. The shoes are fine, dealing with Zappo has become a challenge. This hurts to say that, but it is true.
