Was excited when I noted a zipper on either side of each boot! Much easier to put-on and take-off, especially if you have balance or mobility issues. My only complaint, the medium size was narrower than ever other Skecher that I own and I own many pair. Please, please consider a wide width in your boot collections. I hated to return them but had already sized-up at purchase. Many individuals like to wear a sock with their boot. Have looked and looked for wider width boots and there are few to be found in brick and mortar stores. Sizing up doesn’t always solve problem. I am an octogenarian and rely on your relaxed fit. Even relaxed fit boots were flawed by their narrow cuff opening. Had nice foot bed but after being zipped, they were unforgiving and cut into lower leg area. There are lots of retired elders who count on your products. Maybe you need a little input from them to create the perfect casual, snowy day boot! You were mighty close with Frosty Charm! Just provide in bit more room in the footbed! Thanks for reading!

I really wanted to like this shoe. The pictures made it look more sleek than it actually does in real life. It is weirdly loose around the heel and ankles which makes it look a little misshapen. Having a zipper on both the inside and outside parts of the shoe is suddenly a plus. The sole is nice and springy. I really wanted to like the shoe, but sadly will be returning it.
