Well, I never received these shoes and I bought them because I’m recovering from knee surgery. They were expected to arrive 4/11 but were delayed until 4/12. Okay, one day late is something I could live with. But they never arrived and now it is 4/14 and they’re showing no updates on arrival?! And I haven’t received any updated email either?! I called Zappos and the Team Member kindly reordered these shoes but I had to ask for any kind of compensation. I was given a $5 coupon~honestly, this is very little compensation for this headache!!
I’ve shopped Zappos for years because of the excellent customer service and attention to issues. Regrettably, this is not the case any more. More than once, recently, I’ve been very disappointed with what used to be stellar service.

I have tried everything to stop the squeak to no avail. So, unfortunately, I can only wear these in the house. A little too pricey for that. Solution???
