We specialize in modern, stylish footwear for all occasions. Our collection includes boat shoes, boots, clogs, flats, heels, loafers, oxfords, sandals, sneakers & athletic shoes, and slippers. We also offer complementary clothing items like dresses, pants, shirts & tops, shorts, skirts, and outerwear.

Most of our customers find our shoes true to size. However, fit can vary slightly by style. We recommend checking the specific sizing information provided on each product page. If you’re between sizes or have particular fit concerns, consider sizing up.

Currently, we offer select styles in wide widths. These options will be clearly marked on product pages. We’re working to expand our width options in future collections.

During checkout, you’ll have the option to create an account by providing your email address and creating a password. Having an account allows you to track orders, save your shipping information, and view your order history.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for secure, convenient checkout.

We process orders quickly to get your shoes to you as soon as possible. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t entered the processing stage.

We offer two shipping methods:
Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 days after dispatch)
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 days after dispatch)

Our Portland team hand-checks each order within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with estimated delivery dates once your order is processed.

Yes! We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian and remote regions. International customers may encounter customs fees—we recommend checking your country’s import policies before ordering.

When your shoes ship, we’ll send tracking information to your email. You can use this to monitor your package’s journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.

We want you to love your Modern Shoes! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery for a refund. Please see our full Returns Policy for details.

Please email [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return. We’ll provide return instructions and a prepaid return label if applicable.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Currently, we don’t offer direct exchanges. For a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item following our standard return process.

Currently, all orders ship in our signature Modern Shoes packaging. While we don’t offer gift wrapping, our clean, stylish boxes make for beautiful presentation.
